This book clearly outlined ways that people procrastinate and then provided some concrete examples of how to combat those items. For me one of the most valuable lessons was to "plan what you start" instead of "make a list of things to finish" because the daunting thought of finishing can keep you from starting in the first place, while giving yourself to start something but not finish will help you get momentum.
Book had good organization and outline. I'm sure to refer back to it in the future.
