    Denne bog er for dem, der ikke kan kontrollere indtaget af mad, især sukker og mel. Madafhængighed er fantastisk godt beskrevet her og der gives helt klare og enkle, helt enkle, retningslinjer. Desuden er halvdelen af bogen fyldt med opskrifter, der også er enkle.
    Susan Pierce Thomsen har et helt hav af støttemuligheder, hvor af nogle beskrives her. Bogen giver håb og er gennemtestet af tusindvis af mennesker. Det virker. Den beskriver ikke en kur, men en måde at vælge sin mad på, der gør en glad, fri og tynd.
    Der beskrives fire "Bright Lines", 1: Nul sukker, 2: Nul mel, 3: Mad i rette mængder, 4: Der nydes 3 måltider om dagen. Der henvises til en test på nettet, der afklarer din sukkerafhængighed.
    Der er også en bog, der går mere i dybden og forklarer, hvad, der sker i hjernen, når man er afhængig. Den er ligeledes på et letforståeligt engelsk og hedder "Bright Line Eating".
    Begge bøger er fuldstændig fri for noget som helst "Karl Smart". Kan varmt anbefales.
