Who's Fault Is It Anyway?

Western Civilization in general and the United States in particular are propped up by an economy that is headed for a very rude awakening. Dare we call it a financial collapse? The question is not IF this will happen; the question is WHEN. But this book does not attempt to answer the WHEN question. This book only answers the all-important question which will be asked AFTER the collapse: "Whose fault is it anyway?"
